We will supply adequate premises, equipment and well trained staff in order that the facility can be maintained in a hygienic condition at all times. We will buy only safe wholesome food from approved suppliers and store, prepare and cook this food in a hygienic manner. All our staff will be trained in good hygiene practice and required to exercise such practice. We believe hygiene is everybody’s responsibility and every job can and must be performed hygienically.
