| At Cairdeas Childcare our staff are a highly qualified and important asset to our childcare team. All staff are encouraged to undertake further training which benefits staff, children and parents. We take students from childcare courses on work experience so we would often exceed the ratio of carer to children. We hold regular staff and room meetings to discuss any element of the day to day work of the staff, to review the care programmes and to discuss any concerns for a child. We operate an open door policy in that any staff member can approach the manager at any time with a concern and a board member is always contactable. We have a dedicated team of workers whose experience sets the standards by which we operate.
